You may use Thinqix only for legitimate business customer support. You must not use our service for spam, illegal activities, or to harm others.
The free plan includes 1 chatbot and 100 conversations per month. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You retain ownership of your business content. Thinqix retains ownership of the platform and technology.
Thinqix is provided as-is. We are not liable for AI response accuracy or business losses resulting from chatbot responses.
